The room was very comfortable. It offered a lovely view. Room service meals were excellent and reasonably priced. I found the location easy to access by train. It was also within walking distance of the city, opera house and ferry terminal.

The hotel needs updating. The rooms are a good size but the cleaning was not thorough. I also found the light switch was hanging off.

missing equipmentpoor quality

I expected more from this place. the gym was a joke. half the equipment was missing and what was there looked ancient. staff used pool towels to clean the floor. The whole area felt cheap. no one offered help with luggage or information either, ridiculous. it's more like a mediocre 4-star hotel, not the 5-star place they advertise.
